Today’s harvest is small candy-stripe eggplant, purple tomatillo, Thai red chili. Will add several heads of garlic, it all gets oven roasted with some olive oil. Makes a killer cross between a green salsa and babaganoush. Add an avocado for guacamole or just use as is as a salsa.
