For a moment my brain did a little back and forth thing because Christopher Nolan has directed Batman movies and The Odyssey and the guy who directed falling down has directed Batman movies. And what’s more “trying to find your way home” than constantly reliving the trauma of your parents getting shot in an alley? Batman is just an allegory for the Odyssey.
