Being in #Lisbon during a #heatdome is less than ideal. We're mostly spending afternoons indoors with A/C.

@womp@mstdn.ca Yeah, Portugal actually runs heat action plans with mapped cooling centers and SMS alerts for vulnerable people. That level of coordination barely exists in most U.S. cities.
