@benpate@mastodon.social oh. that's very true. I remember when I used to listen to my collections - it was more... "intentional". I kinda new what I was in mood to listen too and I also had a hang of what's out there. Right now there is a flood of everything and in the end one (I?) don't feel like listening to it at all... curse of abundance? And even worse is the automatic playlist that feeds your more and more of the same because "you like it". With radio I was often challenged with something that I wouldn't consider my cup of tea yet fell in love with it... (I feel a bit of meme ;) )
