Top tip for anyone considering a #heatpump with underfloor heating: make sure your HP supports cooling mode. We've just arrived home from a weekend away and the house, or downstairs at least, is blissfully cool while it's 32° outside. If you already have underfloor heating, check the manual as it might be supported. Our installer had no idea it was a thing, but all it took was a settings toggle and the addition of an automatic valve to isolate the upstairs radiators when it kicks in.
