Dear #RoyalMail; I've been watching my doorbell feed like a hawk all day waiting to offer an ice cold drink to your delivery person, but instead I've got an email saying "We TRieD tO dELiVeR yOuR pArCeL BuT tHeRe DiD'nT sEeM tO bE aNyOnE iN". I get it, it's hot, you're probably short staffed, and deliveries are going to get delayed, but have you considered owning the situation rather than blaming the customer? Not cool, dude. Not cool.
