@dseguy@phpc.social not really it is a linux advisory. im doing this with flock in c. but anything wrapping that like php will have the same disappointment. linux implements "advisory locking" not mandatory >_> have not tested yet but i bet in this one case windows actually does what i wanted lol. its fine i have a plan b.
