@hacks4pancakes@infosec.exchange I have found myself searching for articles written before 2023 for certain topics, a sort of low-background articles. Except search has turned into such a sludge that I could swear the old syntax is being ignored most of the time

Not exactly what you're doing, but maybe I could extend that feature to work with all search. 🤔
