This was posted in a LinkedIn group I'm apparently a member of.
Apparently you're not meant to think losing millionaires is a good thing?
These people aren't leaving the country their accountant is moving them abroad for several months a year to avoid tax because loopholes exist.
Hotblack Desiato spent a year dead for tax purposes.

@naturepunk@ecoevo.social Imagine being so tight that you'd rather move home twice a year than pay something towards the NHS (or for the armed forces to defend their country, if they are that way inclined.)
