I am so confused because Dusty smells a bit skunky, and yet he is not wet, wouldn’t he be wet if he had been sprayed?

@technocounselor@caneandable.social Skunk spray is very strong. Doesn't take much to carry a scent. It's not like a dog marking a light pole.
