how u take it? oral or mmmm rectal? oral is waste

I actually like a combo of oral and rectal, so I can have the sleep benefits from oral and actually get good levels of prog in my system for all the other benefits. I also really like the sprays too, since its similar to rectal but with a more convenient way of taking it.
