I actually like a combo of oral and rectal, so I can have the sleep benefits from oral and actually get good levels of prog in my system for all the other benefits.
I also really like the sprays too, since its similar to rectal but with a more convenient way of taking it.

sprays? sounds fun, nasal? combo idea is interesting, doint rect prog at night helped me a lot to relax muscles, interesting how allopregnanolone feels w high oral expouse, but i scared of getting dht backdoor

I actually got the sleep benefits from transdermal too! Annoyingly though the spray is shit in effect so I switched to oral until I figure out what else to take.
