I propose a new verb for things dodgy politicians do: To f’rage (the apostrophe merely marks the emphasis). It’s loosely derived from the German verb fragen ‘to ask’ Eg. Ich f’rage funf millionen: I ask for £5M Frag mich nicht: Ask me nothing
