"Homelabs" are where people set up and run their own physical servers at home. It's the most difficult way to self-host services, but also gives you total control over the server.
If you've got a homelab or are interested, you can follow one (or both) of the homelab discussion groups:

After you follow, the group's posts will start showing up in your timeline. You can post to a group by mentioning it in your own posts.

Hi all and thank you, @homegrown@social.growyourown.services for the mention! I am the founder of @homelab@fedigroups.social and the group is set to manual approval of new member requests (to keep the bots out), so it might take me a bit to approve all requests. But keep em coming and happy homelabbing!
