@brouhaha@mastodon.social I fully intend to revert this trend before the decade ends, with reasonably understandable computers for most daily tasks.
It seems an utopian dream now, but with every little new achievement I get more confident we can get it done.

@haitchfive@oldbytes.space @brouhaha@mastodon.social We could get by with WAY simpler machines for most everyday tasks. But we also need a total rethink of software also to clear out historical cobwebs.
