#threeGoodThings July 6, 2026 1) Had a great interaction with a community member while helping him print a 100+ page document. We talked about Native Hawaiian health issues since we are both Native Hawaiian and he is on a board that assists with health care and coverage. I have to look into it more. 2) Had a follow-up dr appt for an out of range kidney test and results are normal. Yay! 3) Started my morning with a walk (photo below).
