This is going on my (very short) list along with Jeavons' GROW BioIntensive system and Alik Pelman's work. I especially like that you include a "Transition Strategy".

@carapace@mastodon.social This is generally Pelman's work with more genetic diversity. His system is the way to win the game. I think Vegetable gardens should be no-dig intensive but in staple plots, they should be rotated with animals, cover crops, and mulch, in my opinion.
