Fun fact: I read Middle-Earth Role-Playing game before I read Lord of the Rings. I had listened to the record of the Hobbit (animated) movie beforehand.

@deinol@dice.camp I bought the Swedish edition of MERP first and when I read the books I began with the Book of Lost Tales. I have never really accepted the modern names such as Lúthien. She is Tinúviel to me.
