@perlman@indieweb.social before I answer, what is your purpose in asking? Do you wish to know how you might use it so it would be useful to you, or to know how other people find it useful, or is it a rhetorical question? I will say that your assumption is incorrect, at least in my experience.

@iris@neuromatch.social 20% snarky bragging and 80% genuine curiosity. The reason it's on my mind is because YouTube keeps suggesting Obsidian videos to me. I didn't know what it was, so I watched a few overviews, thinking I might really need it. I quickly concluded that I don't need it. Or maybe I haven't seen enough to understand how it can help me. So I thought I'd ask around.
