It's concerning that many companies use AI for their hiring process. I asked a chatbot about my portfolio, and it hallucinated several skills I didn't have and missed several crucial skills I _do_ have. Imagine the havoc that's reeking on job applications right now? The whole point of these systems is that a human can be taken out of the equation. What's the point if we still end up reviewing it because the AI can't be trusted? #AI #NoAI #Programming #Jobs
