@stephanie@ottawa.place But Ontario refineries aren't designed for Alberta's heavy oil, so who's gonna pay for the upgrade... Just maybe put all this money and effort into renewables, that can be used over and over again, instead of burned every time ...? Didn't Harper try this with Energy East? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_East
