Belgium's appeal is dismissed by #FIFA because "the Belgian FA is not a party to the proceedings and, as such, has no standing to appeal the decision". I mean yeah, it directly affects the #WorldCup match the US will be playing against them, but that's just too bad. There is, of course, no other party who would appeal.
