Many people are weirdly helpless about computers. If you've ever tried to help someone with tech, you've probably encountered the
- "it didn't work"
- what did it say?
- I don't know it just didn't work
- but what did the error message say specifically
- I didn't read it
Kind of user.

I mean when they keep getting issues they’ll either learn or stop using computers. And then new helpless people will come.
