@PavelASamsonov@mastodon.social The fundamental issue there is the plain and simple fact that when upper management starts getting out of the way more, they start being the ones who are "redundant." I have a sneaking suspicion that while a lot of them have egos the size of the sun, somewhere deep inside they realize this... By eliminating lower level humans from the equation, they can pretend they're the ones who made the great achievement.
