@johanna@lgbtqia.space step through flat foot cruiser bikes are your friends because they work with pants skirts and shorts, but for mountain biking you might wanna look at getting yourself a cycling skort if you’re looking for a feminine fashion line while still having functionality?

@johanna@lgbtqia.space I probably count here 👋🏻 I'm non-binary but presenting very femme, and I've been biking for decades. Probably a silly question but when you say "just getting started," do you mean with cycling or transitioning? Can I ask, sport cycling or utility cycling?

@johanna@lgbtqia.space what's working for me is to wear padded bibs underneath and cover them up with a pair of loose shorts. That hides the bulge pretty well. Another thing that helped was to try and look for women's bibs, they tend to have less padding material up front, leading to less bulge. For me, the lack of padding up there hasn't been an issue, but your mileage might vary. Tilting the nose of the saddle slightly down can also help with that.
