Every once in a while I'm suddenly like, "Oh, shit. I made this fucking irreversible life decision to change sex, something I dreamed of since I was young, and now it's here." Like, it's frightening and also relieving all at the same time. So much grief for time lost, so much fear about my future, but also more joy than I was ever able to generate before.
