I've never used AI to write words. I can mostly tell when I see something AI-written. Occasionally I use AI to make images, but I'd be unlikely to use those in anything other than a sarcastic toot. I use ChatGPT for research. It's good for that if you check its work thoroughly. I have played with Claude for vibe coding, and I can see potential. But again, not put anything live from that.
