@soatok@furry.engineer Admirably nihilistic, because none of this really matters, we're bugs on a speck of dirt, but - you do matter. As do I and as do the other readers. For lots of reasons you are choosing to disregard to make a point. If humanity matters - you matter. If cryptography matters - you matter. If the things you do and the people you love matters - you matter. You aren't just you. You are the relationships you are part of, with family, with readers, with community, with humanity, with the biosphere. None of it matters, but it *all* matters very much. We are how the universe observes itself, learns about itself, grows and becomes more complex and interesting. Stellar mechanics is part of that, as is biology, mathematics, cryptography and communication. You are simultaneously the person and the community and humanity and the universe, and it all matters. And so is everyone else. That doesn't diminish us. It makes us everything. Also, I quite enjoy your posts, so that's fun too. :-)
