I love escargot. It's not easy to find it on menus in New England but I can. The problem is, they cut up the meat and a serving may only be two or two three snails in six shells. For people who eat escargot, is this common where you are?

@LilPecan@mastodon.social well, it's really all about the garlic butter and the snail meat is just part of the delivery system, so does it really matter? :)
