The characters from my current WIP are from my culture (Bumblefuck, USA) and yeah, they'd have a thing or two to say. Both Raul and Diane reject the idea that sex is an isolated activity confined to the bedroom. They revel in incorporating erotic play in every aspect of their lives while cooking, cleaning, or even in public. Easy for them to say since they've decided not to have kids.
