Have you tried running it from a minimal process environment?

@marshray@infosec.exchange I don't really see what there is to test. I have exactly one thing in my global config: [build] jobs = 12 And this worked perfectly fine up until about a month ago, with all cargo processes spinning up a maximum of 12 worker threads.
