Unrelated to the question, but I think the other commentor got it right, so I’ll say this instead. If you’re doing GasBuddy, it would be amazing if you also added data to OpenStreetMap where applicable. We don’t keep track of the current price, because it’s supposed to be semi-static infrastructure, but we do keep track of payment methods accepted, types of fuel offered, and number of pumps. We keep track of other amenities too like compressed air and vac stations, but just adding the payment, fuel, etc. data to the existing station object would already be above and beyond and so appreciated. That said, if not, it’s still cool knowing that you’re also out there helping crowdsource knowledge.
