Almost got my new note-taking setup working right.
That's the Boox Note Air 5C e-ink tablet and my Xencelabs 16 hooked up to my Linux machine. Both sync via Syncthing into my Silverbullet space.
It's not *quite* perfect due to the constraints of Boox's apps (and alternatives don't work well with e-ink) but it's close enough for my workflows — especially once I build some funky stuff in Silverbullet around it.

I have this pretty much perfect now. I'm going to blog about it when I get time — my note taking methodology, how I've set Syncthing and Headscale up to support it, and why I like this set up better than my beautiful fountain pens and expensive notebooks. For now: both the Xencelabs and Onyx Boox tablets are incredible. The Boox's fast refresh e-ink is unbelievably good — let down by e-ink tailored apps that do page-turning instead of scrolling.
