I have just made a gazpacho for tonights dinner.
Quite by chance it is completely vegan (so far).
We will have croutons and maybe condiments, but I think it will remain in the vegan bracket.
Pretty much a first for me.

Slightly OT I was reminded of the time I tried to make a marmalade gravy. It was disgusting.
