Let me put it like this... In the middle of the 90s I was driving truck across Europe... yeah yeah, I know what you’re thinking..., but I was paid for backpacking.., but Belgians was the nation with the least respect for the police in the traffic... Italians are driving like nuts, French don't know where the front or the back are of there cars, Germans, wow, they are downright dangerous on the autobahn...

@img@freyjas.org I always felt like the germans were kinda tame except for the occasional rando that wants to pass at 200km/h dutch folks are often on your ass for whatever reason but if you make way they don't even always pass, small country ig? belgians don't have roads they have poorly maintained racetracks with potholes that'll kill you but it again kinda depends on the person italians it kinda depends if you're north or south, south italy is actually calm somehow but it's always a small percentage
