I made it with 90/10 beef which might be why it didn't blow me away. 👍🏻 https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/chicken-and-rice-with-leeks-and-salsa-verde A step up from boring with the salsa verde, but nothing to write home about. This recipe won't get you the golden brown on the chicken from the photo, as you're basically just boiling/steaming the chicken.
