Festival Trail Semois 70km ! 💪 Beautiful surroundings! 😍 A lot of small climbs and descents, some of them very steep, some of them technical. 2 river crossings. The weather started good but it got hotter during the day, especially on the parts not in the woods. All went well until km56 where I got cramps, first in my stomach and later in my gut. But in the last 7km it went better. FWIW: I finished 19th/70, and 2nd in my age category (V2H veterans 2 male) 👴 #running #trailrunning #ultrarunning
