So far this post has gotten a ton of boosts, but only one person has been able to provide some limited help. I suppose such is the nature of asking for local help on an international platform. Thank you very much to everyone who boosted it and sent kind words. I don't think my situation is too desperate, and I can survive on two meals a day, so I guess I'll be okay. If you really want to do something to help remotely, I can probably think of something, but it's probably best to focus on those who need it more
