Unfortunately, adesso does not work out well for me anymore, due to their recent focus to becoming an #AI agency.
Everything agentic is being pushed on me with full force, in an ideologic way, forcing me to shift from a coder to full time AI orchestrator.
My supervisor refers to this blog post, saying Level 5 is the goal: https://www.danshapiro.com/blog/2026/01/the-five-levels-from-spicy-autocomplete-to-the-software-factory/
That level 5 described in the article reads like an anti-utopia to me.
