There is an alleged paradox that LLM use has rapidly accelerated software development, especially new work, but hasn’t made existing software better or users happier. For established codebases, it might even accelerate entropy.
Is that a paradox? This is what we had before. Only faster.
What else should we expect by accelerating, without changing our ways of navigation and steering?
