Kitten Notes:
- these guys are generally excellent at using the litterbox, but anything plastic and high sided can and will be used for toileting (this was the orange, obviously).
- IKEA BOLMEN stepstools are both bunkers AND platforms! We have a bunch from our active human toddler years so it's good to use them for another round of nonsense.
- sound effects: beeps not meows?
- behind the washing machine is the best place to play (where all the dust I didn't vacuum is)

Kitten Notes Day 3: 1) we have opened the laundry room door!!! They have explored a little bit, but not upstairs, and they tend to retreat back there, so that is definitely a safe space for them for now. 2) Bix the tortie is becoming friendlier and more vocal. She does like to sit in a lap and get pettings. 3) a cat tree is needed ASAP, because the chest freezer was Scaled and Descended, and it's no fun trying to fish a kitten from Back There.
