This drink, from _beta cocktails_ by Kirk Estopinal and Maksym Pazuniak, is every bit as delicious and easy drinking as you’d expect it to be. Even if you don’t have raspberries (which I do not). Easy Does It 1 oz Plymouth Gin 1/2 oz Aperol 1/4 oz Campari 1 oz grapefruit juice 1/2 oz simple syrup (1:1) 3 raspberries Shakes and strain over a rock. Garnish with 3 raspberries on a skewer.
