This turned out to be surprisingly interesting. The asianometry yt is always is worth a watch but this one stands out. It's about the history of japanese porcelain manufacturing and what toilets have in common with semiconductors. I never knew that noritake, maker of the plates I use daily, was connected the famous washlet maker toto, whose products I also have in my home. TIL: Toto at one time even did a proctometric survey of their employees. So much detail. 👌
