The Puerto Rican government really really wants us to celebrate the colonizer when half of the metro area still has poor access to water. Just this morning we got instructions to boil water because it turned out to be positive for E. coli. Do they really think we are in a celebratory mood? They really live in a bubble. #PuertoRico
