Just after 9a this morning, it appears likely someone started using bots, AI agents, or another form of automation to submit comments in support of the air permit for Oracle's $165B Project Jupiter data center... I've been watching comment volume on the state's public comment portal (https://nmed.commentinput.com) for the last week /1
