The above, and Microsoft's equivalent, are the important bits here IMO. Basically "we will pay lawyers like our survival depends on it if this comes up in court." Re: work-for-hire, no clue why people forgot about that just because they're using different tools.

LLM produces code, code is identical to tool X that has had a viral license since the invention of bread, Evil Corp uses LLM producing code identical to X to say the code was free domain before tool X even existed.
