How are they still getting this so wrong - the CTIRU list might sometimes be a bit of a mess, but it is at least a machine readable list of URIs, surely the sanctions list could have been piggybacked onto that existing infrastructure! BTW, your blog has mangled the dashes in the punycode into emdash/endash. RUS3052 has a couple of paths within t.me and a YouTube channel (which as you point out, an ISP is not going to be able to block, but some of us are in a position to)
