Has anyone ever bothered to ask Danielle Smith if she cares so much about the independence of Alberta why does she push for pipelines instead of refineries?

@mike@thecanadian.social I've been wondering this since Harper was in office. If we care about jobs jobs jobs, refine it locally and transport stuff by rail, because pipeline jobs end after it's built.
