@jorge@hachyderm.io But yeah, fwiw KDE is always there as an escape hatch. I've been getting into more Qt things lately (miqt in Go) and while I strongly prefer the way the GNOME stack works around bindings etc. it's always a good idea to have some kind of contingency plan

@jorge@hachyderm.io I wonder if long-term a centralized "slophub"-style secondary repo with 3rd-party packages will emerge, like how the AUR works. Obviously not a particularly sustainable plan long-term
