@Sheep_Overboard@infosec.exchange I grew up further inland than where I now live, too, and it wasn't uncommon to reach freezing or even subzero temps in the winter. I don't remember being as cold as I am these days but perhaps as a kid I ignored it because there were more important things to do?!

@teadrinker@aus.social Same. I can recall clearly how cold it was on cracker night, from a very early age. Otherwise it meant nothing.
